Start making yourself some “Health Deals”!…
– You can have a soda/coffee for every 2 glasses of pure water you drink FIRST
– You can have 1 sweet/dessert for every salad that you have FIRST
– You can watch TV for exactly as long as you work out/or walk (for exercise) that day!
– You can have a junk snack AFTER 1 piece of fruit/vegetable
– You can eat junk food, but you can’t keep it in the house!
Get creative and see what deals you can make for your particular temptations – Use your weakness to get healthier!
(Remember to eat/drink the good thing FIRST – You’re only cheating yourself!)
