Terry Givens covers tips# 3 and 4 on how to naturally lose weight every day. There are no new trues here. You’ll know some or all of the things to do. Terry has a way of explaining WHY these tips work that has helped many to finally understand and make the changes that they need to make.

1) Drink more water (1/2 body weight in oz)
2) Eat 3 salads every day
3) No bread or pasta
4) No Milk
5) No added sugars
6) No fast food
7) 30-60 minute workout AT LEAST 4 days per week
8) 1 Cheat meal per week!!

    I can vouch from personal experience that this works. Last year at this time i was about 215 pounds….i weighed in ths week at 194. Feel better and sleep better. A few small changes each week can really add up over time when you make them a part of your life. My goal is 184 which is my weight when i graduated H.S. I m sure i will hit that in the next two months. Funny thing is i owe it mostly to diet. I have only been working out seriously for a few months. Now if i could only stop drinking beer lol!
