GREAT NEWS! During your cleanse (especially a FASTING cleanse, i.e. “no food”) your body is working super over-time in healing/clean-up mode. With vastly more energy freed up from not digesting solid foods, the testimonials of almost miraculous healing seem to flow non-stop: improved blood pressure, healed ulcers, skin blemish clearing, pain elimination, etc.
GUESS WHAT? In the end, your body dictates the priorities on healing… BUT we can use a few hacks to redirect some of the healing/repairing energy to the areas we desire the most change! So, how do we do this?
BLOOD! Basically, if you can control where your blood goes, you can control where the healing enzymes, healing cells, and good bacteria go. MAGIC!
You know how your finger tips get numb and pale when they don’t get good blood circulation? You know how your arm falls asleep when the circulation is cut off? Many people have ORGANS that are being starved of proper blood circulation. Lungs, kidneys, pancreas, thyroid…All “going numb”, “falling asleep”, become weaker and weaker. We need to force some new, fresh, healing blood into those organs… HERE’S HOW!
TARGET: CELLULITE. WRINKLES. BLEMISHES. MUSCLES
WHEN: Each day and as often during your cleanse as you can, stimulate the areas of your skin by:
⇒ Aggressive hand massage (Get that blood there. Red skin means it’s working.)
⇒ Foam roller (Breaks up weak skin to be scavenged.)
⇒ Skin Brushing
2. HOT/COLD SHOWER
TARGET: DEEP ORGANS. SKIN.
WHEN: Once or twice a day (more if you can) during your shower:
a. 40-60 seconds: Turn the water on as hot as you can stand and get it all over your targeted areas (Your skin will turn red, that means blood is at the surface!)
b. 40-60 seconds: Turn the hot water completely off and get cold water all over your targeted areas (You will lose your breath at first. SCREAM! It’s ok. The blood is diving deep into your organs.)
c. Repeat A and B as many times as you can. COLD pushes fresh blood into organs – HOT pulls out toxins and garbage (at least 2 cycles and up to 7 cycles. IMPORTANT: ALWAYS END ON COLD!)

WHEN: Daily if possible:
a. 10 minutes: Sit in the dry sauna (or infrared). Drink water and stay hydrated
b. 90 seconds: Take an ice cold shower (no hot water). Get water all over your targeted areas (You will lose your breath at first. SCREAM! It’s ok. The blood is diving deep into your organs.)
