– fresh ginger root
– honey and or Agave Nectar
Use 1 inch of ginger root for each serving of tea.
Cut the root into small slices
Low boil in water for 10 minutes
Add honey to taste
Reuse the same root adding 1 inch for each new serving for up to 3 days.
1/4 organic red onion (major anti-viral/bacterial)
4 cloves of organic garlic (major anti-viral/bacterial)
(organic is 4 times more potent than non organic. Better medicinal qualities)
Chop the onion and mince the garlic
Add to can of soup (a healthy soup brand or just use vegetable broth)
Season to taste and add crushed red pepper (loosens mucus)
Bring to a boil then turn off and cover and sit for a minute…then EAT UP!
(the soup takes away the strong taste of the onions and garlic)
1. Take 6 or 7 sprigs of parsley.
2. Break off the leaves.
3. Place into mug.
4. Pour boiling water on top
5. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
6. Strain out leaves.
7. Optional squeeze in juice of 1/2 lemon
8. Drink 1-2 cups daily
