reset soup

1/4 organic red onion (major anti-viral/bacterial)
4 cloves of organic garlic (major anti-viral/bacterial)
(organic is 4 times more potent than non organic. Better medicinal qualities)
Chop the onion and mince the garlic
Add to can of soup (a healthy soup brand or just use vegetable broth)
Season to taste and add crushed red pepper (loosens mucus)
Bring to a boil then turn off and cover and sit for a minute…then EAT UP!
(the soup takes away the strong taste of the onions and garlic)

2. Break off the leaves.
3. Place into mug.
4. Pour boiling water on top
5. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
6. Strain out leaves.
7. Optional squeeze in juice of 1/2 lemon

I am going to skip to the no bread challenge because I already eat vegetables and drink water. What do we do when it is over? Do we begin eating bread again? Also, can we have brown rice, quinoa during no bread week?

Great question Trish. Why are you skipping the No Bread Challenge? I recommend that you stick with all 8 Reset Challenges (if you want the best results, you have to stick to the full plan – otherwise it’s like trying to bake a cake but leaving out the eggs!)
      1) click the link on this page and add yourself to my Facebook Cleanse Support Group
      2) this is how to eat afterwards –

      You can do it!

Enjoyed you at Rehab Boot Camp, as well as Chicago.
Came home with minor head cold (thanks to not warm San Diego), so a pot of Reset Soup in brewing.

My wife is getting ready to start at least one of your challenges.

Thanks for your suggestions and blogs.

from another post, I never had the ccnahe to see Caedmon’s before Derek took off with his solo career. My first time was during that tour with Jars and I have seen them often since then and have seen Derek but I am so pumped to see them up there together. I hope the show is as long and crazy when it gets around to my parts. I would stay up forever to listen them well maybe. And am I the only one who is wondering where Hands of the Potter is in all this???? Ok done writing.

What about something like, I reebmemr your childhood was rough. I reebmemr the doors to your bedroom being removed by your dad. I regret not being a better friend to you at the time. I didn’t understand what you were facing at the time. I do now. I hope you are okay .She might have forgotten she told you about the molestation. The doors could be a hint. Also, it’s possible that she has simply blocked the memory.

The only thing is abouht eating clean buying organic…us the cost of food. It isn’t cheep here in Canada….when it says organic is it TRULY organic.

    • Terry Givens July 10, 2015 at 4:15 pm

Hi Christine. I agree, Organic is for sure more expensive. A wise man once told me: You’ll pay the grocer, or you’ll pay the doctor…but you’ll always pay 🙂

        that is a wise man…:)

Brown used to be the new black? I wonder if that means that green will be the new pink? OOhhh– I think I have a new one: IM’ing is to the (what deacde do we call this?) 2000’s what resaurants were to the ’80’s? Huh? Makes as much sense as the rest of them! And, yeah, I agree with Troy that the Today anchors made up the “50 is the new 30” thing. Can I make 36 be the new 23?Someone please make it stop!!!!

    Hi Terry,
I just sat through your class in San Diego Bootcamp and just can not believe that you explained things so well, it opened my eyes. I am on the third day of the water challenge and it is easiler than I thought. Thank you.
