I get it. I get that breasts and breast size can have a major self confidence effect on women (not ALL women, of course. It’s not like women are just walking bosom displays) but I know it is a pretty prominent display of sexuality.
Eating a properly nutrient dense and chemical free diet during puberty, has radical effects on how the adult ends up. 😉
Does that mean that we have to live with the mistakes of our early lifestyle choices forever? NOPE!
So let’s say, for whatever your personal reason, you want larger, fuller, natural breasts…well here’s how!
Question – When do women’s breasts grow the most?
Answer – Puberty
Essentially, to get your breasts to grow again, we need to re-create the same hormonal conditions that were present when you were in puberty. We do this by manipulating the hormones inside our body, to make our breasts “think” that it’s time to grow again.
Then we just ensure you keep a high nutrient diet delivering all the building blocks that your body needs to accomplish the task at hand – feed the boobs.
Estrogen is the main hormone which determines the size of our breasts. Not only does it make our breasts bigger and more rounded, but it affects the other parts of a woman’s body.
Getting the estrogen levels right inside your body is the first step to getting bigger breasts. However, it’s not as simple as just increasing the estrogen levels inside your body as many women think… The timing, the combination of the correct hormones, ensuring the body delivers the right hormones to the right places – these are the trickier parts.
– Iodine supplementing
– Herbal supplementing starting 1st day of period
– 1 capsule of each of these herbs – 3 times per day
(red clover, fenugreek and saw palmetto)
– Last day of period – stop the herbs (continue with Iodine)
– 3 months on herbs, 1 month off herbs
– By 4 months you should gain a cup size
– Most women reach their goal by 6 months
Americans are in the middle of a iodine deficiency epidemic right now.
– In the 20’s, the government implemented iodized salt to address the epidemic, and it worked! BUT, now we don’t eat as much iodized salt any longer.
– Fluoride, chlorine, and bromine in our food and water supply can block the body’s absorption of iodine.
Iodine is critical for a properly functioning thyroid. The thyroid controls the body’s production of hormones. Those hormones control how much testosterone is produced in men.
It does not take much and it does not take long to see some pretty drastic changes once you start iodine supplementing!
I recommend: Lugol’s Solution
It’s iodine in a solution of potassium iodide.
Buy it online or at a health store.
It will be anywhere from 2%-5% in strength (get whatever you can. Don’t stress.)
It could take about a year to correct a deficiency so you may start with 1-2 drops in water, then gradually work your way up to 6-8 drops, twice daily. Then after a year come back down to a maintenance dose of 1-2 drops in water, daily.
Important! If you go too fast you may experience some detox reactions:
– sore throat
– feeling depressed
– skin eruptions
In that case, simple lower your dose by a drop or 2 until they pass.
– Eat plenty of sea salt daily
That’s it. To really accelerate things you can incorporate progesterone cream as well as breast massaging.
Jenny sells a far more comprehensive and resourceful product filled with more suggestions. www.boostyourbust.com
(I make no profit from any sales)
What to expect:
– Growth pain (remember puberty?)
– Breast swelling
– Mood swings (it comes with the territory!)
– Tiredness (don’t fight it)
– Irregular periods
Big note: these work best and most reliably if you have a clean healthy diet (read my 6 rules for eating naturally and clean) and ESPECIALLY if you incorporate cleansing once or twice per year to help remove whatever backlog of decades of crazy toxic build up is in your body and organs.
