Ladies – Get larger, fuller breasts (1 to 2 cups sizes) naturally!

I get it. I get that breasts and breast size can have a major self confidence effect on women (not ALL women, of course. It’s not like women are just walking bosom displays) but I know it is a pretty prominent display of sexuality.

Eating a properly nutrient dense and chemical free diet during puberty, has radical effects on how the adult ends up. 😉

Does that mean that we have to live with the mistakes of our early lifestyle choices forever? NOPE!

So let’s say, for whatever your personal reason, you want larger, fuller, natural breasts…well here’s how!

Question – When do women’s breasts grow the most?

Answer – Puberty

Not quite Sophie Beer

Essentially, to get your breasts to grow again, we need to re-create the same hormonal conditions that were present when you were in puberty. We do this by manipulating the hormones inside our body, to make our breasts “think” that it’s time to grow again.

Then we just ensure you keep a high nutrient diet delivering all the building blocks that your body needs to accomplish the task at hand – feed the boobs.

Estrogen is the main hormone which determines the size of our breasts. Not only does it make our breasts bigger and more rounded, but it affects the other parts of a woman’s body.

Getting the estrogen levels right inside your body is the first step to getting bigger breasts. However, it’s not as simple as just increasing the estrogen levels inside your body as many women think… The timing, the combination of the correct hormones, ensuring the body delivers the right hormones to the right places – these are the trickier parts.

Simple overview:

–  Iodine supplementing
–  Herbal supplementing starting 1st day of period
–  1 capsule of each of these herbs – 3 times per day
(red clover, fenugreek and saw palmetto)
–  Last day of period – stop the herbs (continue with Iodine)
–  3 months on herbs, 1 month off herbs
–  By 4 months you should gain a cup size
–  Most women reach their goal by 6 months

Iodine Supplementing

Americans are in the middle of a iodine deficiency epidemic right now.

– In the 20’s, the government implemented iodized salt to address the epidemic, and it worked! BUT, now we don’t eat as much iodized salt any longer.

– Fluoride, chlorine, and bromine in our food and water supply can block the body’s absorption of iodine.

Iodine is critical for a properly functioning thyroid. The thyroid controls the body’s production of hormones. Those hormones control how much testosterone is produced in men.

It does not take much and it does not take long to see some pretty drastic changes once you start iodine supplementing!

I recommend: Lugol’s Solution

It’s iodine in a solution of potassium iodide.
Buy it online or at a health store.
It will be anywhere from 2%-5% in strength (get whatever you can. Don’t stress.)
It could take about a year to correct a deficiency so you may start with 1-2 drops in water, then gradually work your way up to 6-8 drops, twice daily. Then after a year come back down to a maintenance dose of 1-2 drops in water, daily.

Important! If you go too fast you may experience some detox reactions:
– sore throat
– headache
– feeling depressed
– skin eruptions

In that case, simple lower your dose by a drop or 2 until they pass.
– Eat plenty of sea salt daily

That’s it. To really accelerate things you can incorporate progesterone cream as well as breast massaging.

Jenny sells a far more comprehensive and resourceful product filled with more suggestions.

(I make no profit from any sales)

What to expect:

– Growth pain (remember puberty?)
– Breast swelling
– Mood swings (it comes with the territory!)
– Tiredness (don’t fight it)
– Irregular periods

Big note: these work best and most reliably if you have a clean healthy diet (read my 6 rules for eating naturally and clean) and ESPECIALLY if you incorporate cleansing once or twice per year to help remove whatever backlog of decades of crazy toxic build up is in your body and organs.

I’ve been going through Early periemenopause. About 3 years ago my boobs just shrank. And I have not felt great due to thyroid and hormknes. I started on iodine 1 month ago and just place a small drop on my skin and create a patch area. It is amazing what this has done. My boobs have filled out (with pain of course) and my period restarted after missing for 4 months. I feel sexier and have increased libido as well.

Hi there! I was wondering if it was okay to undertake this program whilst using taking an oral contraceptive pill? I wasn’t sure if the herbs and OCP interacting would decrease the effectiveness of the OCP.

Kelp, wakame, Arame, Dulse, Fucus seaweeds, seafood, and fish are the highest sources of iodine or you can take “kelpasan” from Dr. Vogel. Bumping up your (TSH) thyroid hormones with synthetic drugs SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. This gland requires iodine to function properly. Be aware though that you will likely lose weight when iodine is added to your diet due to metabolic changes. Conditions such as obesity, or breast cancer for that matter, are rare in japan because they consume seaweeds regularly.
The fact and the matter is: A patient taking birth control pills will frequently develop a thyroid condition. It is possible to restore and maintain thyroid health while taking the Pill. I suggest a consultation with a Naturopathic Doctor to guide you through the right iodine supplements for your situation. Whether you are on oral contraceptive or not, your thyroid still does necessitate to receive its daily intake of iodine through your diet. However, so does your breast tissues. These tissues do not function well without iodine either. The New England Journal of medicine reported that nearly 85% of fibrocystic breast diseases AND ovarian cysts sufferers are deficient in iodine. This cannot possibly be a coincidence! These women also have an increased risk of breast cancer. Are oral contraceptive really WORTH the risks?
Be aware that Phytates (Phytic acid) prevent the absorption of iodine by your thyroid. Therefore avoid drinking soy milk unless it is heated. Good health to you!

Hi Crystal. That’s beyond my knowledge. Best of luck though!

Be very careful taking iodine with thyroid problems or hoshomotos. It feeds the the hoshomotos and makes it worse, it happened to me.

Progesterone would be better, and exercise the muscles is best. Gluten free , diary free and sugar free Is the best way to go with thyroid problems and hoshomotos.
