EVERYONE keeps asking me to explain this one. So here goes . . .
So my goal was to pack on 10 lbs and get to my magical weight of 205lbs (ladies don’t ask. Sometimes it’s just a guy thing)…
Instead, a month later I go from 195lbs to 182lbs. What the heck?
Probiotic supplements. What are probiotics? Good bacteria. For instance, yogurt is a probiotic. As is kefir. Its job is to counteract the trillions and trillions of bad bacteria in our bodies – throughout our entire digestive tract.
The average tube of commercial yogurt contains somewhere around 10 million to 100 million live cultures (good bacteria). Eating yogurt regularly will keep your digestion working better and you’ll notice that you are less tired. It helps keep yeast and candida under control as well. So what did I do? I figured if a little yogurt/probiotic does a little good then a lot will do a lot of good, right!?
So 1st, I went to Henry’s (or any health food store) and was totally overwhelmed by the HUGE display of the refrigerated probiotics in the supplement department. Liquids and pills and powders and capsules . . . HOLY COW!
So I did what I do best . . . I bought a book! After reading, I determined that the best option was a powder/capsule form.
It’s just a little powder packet you put in a glass of water once a day.
I did that for a couple of weeks in a row.
Then I got a bottle of their 50 billion culture capsules. Took that daily.
You won’t go through any crazy “flush” that clears your body out or anything. I mostly noticed that I NEVER GOT TIRED . . . EVER.
I wasn’t hyped up or jittery. I just could go non-stop and not feel drowsy and I had all the energy I needed all day long. It was kinda cool actually.
BIG NOTE: be sure that the supplements are refrigerated at the store. If these are not refrigerated they WILL BE NO GOOD. The bacteria will be dead and nothing will happen.
Good luck and give some feedback in a couple of weeks, please.
BE WELL . . .
