I was a size 18-20 in 2012 and now I’m an 8! I started the Water Challenge in Feb of the this year! Weight was 200 lbs in 2012 now I am 150lbs. I was on 5-6 20 oz. Mt.Dews a day then!! I did the Water Challenge for 4 months before trying the Salad Challenge and now I am on the No Bread Challenge. I lost 2 inches on my waist doing the Salad Challenge!!
Also I have mild rheumatoid arthritis and moderate Fibromyalgia. So I have to be careful on pushing the fitness. Tai Chi seems to help the best and a little Zumba, or dance of some kind. I also try to walk when I can. 😉
During all this my Fibro and RA have gotten 10 times better and do not flare as often. I am getting to where I can almost live a half ways normal life again and enjoy the things I used to. My goal weight is 120. And healthy.
