First I found research like this:

Then I read a study about a little experiment where two baby calves were raised, one on raw milk, the other on pasteurized milk, and the resulting differences were listed and compared with photos.
After 5 months…
Calf #1 (Raw milk)
Not only was he twice as big, his hair was shinier, he was far more alert, his liver (after slaughter) had a healthier color, his kidney (after slaughter) was a stark contrast in color and of firmer consistency, his belly (after slaughter) was filled with better, more consistent contents that did not stink like the other calf.
BUT! The most striking difference for me were the testes. HOLY COW! (Get it?)
The pasteurized cow’s testes were shriveled up, small, tight and snug to this body.
But the raw milk calf (I call him Mandingo) that dude’s testes were larger, healthy looking, full and ready for action. I’m not a lady cow, but if I were, I imagine I’d be aroused!
Is this about milk? NO!
This is about nutrition and how it effects mother nature’s master plan of having the strong survive.
Pasteurized milk (the stuff most us humans drink) is heated to 150 degrees for 30 minutes – to kill potential harmful bacteria in it. BUT it also destroys so much of the nutritional benefits of the live contents of the milk.
(All this REQUIRED pasteurization of our milk, is really a byproduct corporate mega farm neglect and non localization of the milk – but I’ll write about that another time!)
Not enough nutrients in our food during puberty (just like calf #2) will force your body to make do with what it receives.
After seeing this, I began wondering…what if I purposely raised my own testosterone levels?? What would happen to me?!?

#1 – Iodine Supplementing
Americans are in the middle of a iodine deficiency epidemic right now.
– In the 20s the government implemented iodized salt to address the epidemic, it worked! BUT now we don’t eat as much iodized salt any longer

It could take about a year to correct a deficiency so you may start with 1-2 drops in water, then gradually work your way up to 6-8 drops, twice daily. Then after a year come back down to a maintenance dose of 1-2 drops in water, daily.
Important! If you go too fast you may experience some detox reactions:
– sore throat
– feeling depressed
– skin eruptions
In that case, simple lower your dose by a drop or 2 until they pass.
– Eat plenty of sea salt daily
#2 – Eat more healthy fats
Men turn fat into testosterone. FAT.
– Coconut oil
– Nuts and seeds (almonds, sunflower seeds, etc)
– Grass feed cow butter
#3 – Cold Showers
