10 easy steps!

Step #1 – drink as little water as possible (drink soda, juice, energy drinks instead)
Step #2 – avoid eating uncooked vegetables and fruits (boil them, bake them, fry them)
Step #3 – eat bread and pasta 2-3 times daily (bagels, muffins, pastries, etc)
Step #4 – eat only boxed and canned foods every time you cook (pre made meals, cereals, etc)
Step #5 – drink soda whenever you are thirsty (regular or diet sodas especially)
Step #6 – snack on candy and potato chips and other sugar filled processed foods (crackers, snack bars, etc)
Step #7 – take over the counter medication daily (for headaches, colds, pain, etc)
Step #8 – eat fast food every day (and don’t cook either)
Step #9 – work out less than 4 times weekly (no long walk, sport, gym, etc)
Step #10 – never take a few days each year to detoxify the waste and toxins from your body (let them build up year after year)
