Do you play sports & your knees hurt?

I fixed mine 3 years ago. 1) started drinking 7 glasses of water a day. 2) Switched to a better fish oil supplement. (it lubs the joint,as does water. I can tell after 4 days if I don’t take the oil) 3) Went barefoot as much as possible…or you can suffer for the next 40 yrs because you think you’re “old”.
