Davies High Blood Pressure Relief Protocol
In one week my blood pressure went from 150/105 to 138/85!!!! I mean holy shit!!! I went 90-100% raw for two weeks. Cut out meat, caffeine, and alcohol.
I made a juice high in celery which is great for lowering blood pressure.
It was 2 bunches of celery, 1 bunch kale, 1 bag of carrots, 1 cucumber, 1 whole ginger root.
This made about 80oz of juice which I consumed over 3-4 days then repeated. I stored the juice in glass bottles I got off of Amazon.
In the morning I would eat an avocado with my juice and at night I had a salad. I had lean broiled fish a few times as well.
Going 100% raw is not easy as you get very little caloric intake but you feel great. You can basically drink juice and water with lemon all day.
Lastly I did lots of breathing exercises Lymphatic breathing exercises and got a rebounder and bounced on it for 10 min a day each morning. This helps flush out the Lymphatic system.
I have determined that I need to have fruits and veggies 80% of the time.
