6 charts to remind Americans what NORMAL healthy bodies look like!

IMPORTANT: This is not meant to make overweight or obese people feel bad or guilty.

It is to REMIND us what healthy looks like OUTSIDE of America. We can’t get used to thinking that our size and health is NORMAL for everyone on the planet.

And to remind us that once we remove chemicals and modifications for our foods, and we match other countries more natural food, we can have the same health and weight as them.

BELIEVE IT!

Followed the No Bread Challenge for 1 full week. Have drank half my weight in ounces daily. I stumbled upon your challenges starting with week#3 so I incorporated the salads, water, and no sugar. I am beginning my 2nd week doing all first 4 challenges. Would like to know if I can occasionally have sweet kernel corn and/or popcorn? Is there a place to view frequently asked questions? Thank you. Loving it so far!

Hi Patricia. Great decision! 2.5 gallons is 320 ozs. How many ozs are you supposed to drink based on 1/2 your weight?
